ReviewWard
Turn quiet customers into public reviews — without ever gating a bad one.
Add a customer once. The feedback request goes out on its own, within a minute.
An unhappy customer tells you privately, so you can fix it before it becomes a public one-star.
Everyone gets the same Google link, happy or not. Compliant by design, not by luck.
The parts that matter.
Automated feedback requests
Add a customer, and a personalised email goes out on its own. A background worker picks up queued requests and sends within a minute — no manual step, no spreadsheet.
Policy-safe by design
Every customer sees the same public review link regardless of how they rated. No review-gating, no filtering — which keeps you compliant with Google's terms rather than quietly breaking them.
Service recovery alerts
A low private rating pages the owner immediately with the customer's comments, so an unhappy visit gets fixed before it becomes a public one-star.
Multi-tenant and isolated
Every business's data is separated at the database level with row-level security, verified by an automated isolation test that runs on every build.
Real subscriptions
Stripe billing with a 14-day free trial, self-serve checkout, and a customer portal. Signup to paying customer requires no manual work.
Owner dashboard
Requests, delivery status, private feedback, and recovery cases in one view — plus customer management and editable business settings.

Why it exists
Most review tools quietly break Google’s rules. They ask customers how they feel first, then only send the public review link to the happy ones. That’s review-gating, it’s against platform policy, and businesses using it are exposed.
ReviewWard takes the harder path: everybody gets the same link. The private rating exists so the owner can respond to a bad experience directly, not to decide who gets to leave a review. It’s a service-recovery loop that happens to produce reviews — not a filter dressed up as feedback.
How it’s built
A multi-tenant Next.js application running on Cloudflare Workers at the edge, backed by Supabase Postgres with row-level security enforcing tenant isolation. Email delivery runs through SendGrid on an authenticated domain, dispatched by a separate scheduled worker so requests send reliably without the app needing to stay awake.
Feedback links use unguessable single-use tokens, the public feedback surface runs as a separate worker with a restricted database role, and every request goes through a membership check before touching business data.
Status
Live and taking payments. The full loop is in production: self-serve signup, business onboarding, real email delivery, the rating and recovery flow, Stripe subscriptions, and password reset. SMS is the one channel still pending — it’s blocked on A2P 10DLC carrier registration, which is a paperwork queue rather than a build problem.
